About Me

My journey began in carpentry, following the path shaped by generations before me. Although I respected the craft, my curiosity pulled me toward entrepreneurship. By early adulthood, I had already achieved my childhood dream—building and managing business ventures that allowed me to shape my own future.

Midlife brought an unexpected turning point. Circumstances required me to step away from entrepreneurship and re‑imagine my career. Determined to continue meaningful work, I transitioned into business consulting, specializing in productivity management, business improvement, and organizational recovery. My ability to adapt led me into private‑sector consulting, where I spent the remainder of my professional career helping businesses and leaders grow.

Seeking a deeper understanding of human behavior, I pursued Emotional Fitness Coaching certification, which expanded my knowledge of psychology and personal development. My desire to communicate with clarity and confidence led me to Toastmasters International, where I earned the Distinguished Toastmaster Designation—recognized for excellence in Leadership and Communication.

Now retired from corporate life, I continue to share the lessons I’ve learned. Through speaking, writing, and workshops, I help emerging leaders understand themselves more deeply, communicate with purpose, and develop the emotional strength needed to lead in everyday life.

My mission is simple: to help people grow—personally, professionally, and confidently—through clarity, insight, and practical, enduring leadership principles.
